The programme are focusing on academically weak students from poor, rural families and B40 group particularly those who will be undertaking the Pelaporan Pentaksiran Sekolah Rendah (PPSR), Pentaksiran Tingkatan Tiga (PT3) and Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examinations. 90% of students are in D and E grade and they will be trained by expert teachers/ facilitators to get good results in the examination.

Soft skill also are implemented in this programme to help the students to creating positive outcomes. UCSB will collaborate with experts from UniSZA who are also members of The National Council of Professors (MPN) and experts specializing in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).  These programmes will approach students in communication, personal development and psychotherapy. With NLP techniques, it will help students creating positive outcomes.
